Palm Beach MD Drops “Breakfast Bombshell” on America’s #1 Favorite!

I Wouldn't Feed This ‘Healthy’ Food To My Dog…

Yet Millions of Americans Eat It Every Morning, Spiking Their Insulin 41% Higher Than Normal… And SKYROCKETING Their Blood Sugar
Dear Friend
Growing up on a farm in southern Ohio, our dogs always had wide open spaces…
At mealtime, I prepared bowls of raw meat — often with a mixture of bone marrow, raw eggs, and a splash of fish oil. They thrived on their native diet and our dogs were always playful, affectionate, and full of life.
Dogs became our first domesticated animal around 30,000 years ago and their digestive systems are nearly identical to our own.
That Means We’re Both Designed to Eat Real Food — Not the Processed Puffery Found in Cereal Grains
Yet every morning, health-conscious Americans sit down to bowls of this heavily processed cereal grain, believing they’re making a “healthy choice.”
Despite the TV commercials designed to reassure us, this American breakfast staple triggers a massive 41% spike in insulin that stays elevated for hours — wreaking havoc on your metabolism, your blood sugar, and your waistline.
It’s so bad, I wouldn’t give it to my dogs…
You have much better options without sacrificing flavor or satisfaction.
Because now, I uncovered a NEW way to deliver metabolic support that helps my patients:
The Single Most Damaging Food Behind America’s ‘Broken Metabolism’ Crisis Revealed…
If you’re like millions of health-conscious individuals, you’ve likely embraced popular “health foods” believing they’re the key to maintaining your youthful vitality.
In my three decades as a board-certified physician, I’ve seen countless patients cut out fats, opt for salads, and make “whole grain” breakfast choices.
Yet, many still complain of up and down blood sugar, occasional fatigue, and unwanted weight gain — all telltale signs of a broken metabolism.
Meanwhile, some rare individuals exude an enviable youthful energy.
They indulge in their favorite foods from time to time — without piling on pounds or whipping around their blood sugar. What’s their secret?
Surprisingly, it’s often linked to their breakfast choices. Some so-called “health foods” many proudly consume each morning could be detrimental to metabolism.
One food has such an adverse effect…

I wouldn’t even feed it to my horses growing up!

It bloats them, makes them fatter, and eventually kills them. It’s that bad.
For humans, it can cause a quicker and higher increase in blood sugar levels…

But it’s how long blood sugar stays elevated that impacts metabolism and overall health — making it harder to move and live young, longer – so you can get the most out of every bit of life.
Over the last few decades, consumption of this food has soared, and I’ve observed a corresponding decline in metabolic health…

While at the same time, my patients are staying slim and energized for years longer than ever believed possible.
That’s why over 25,000 patients from 23 countries have come to the Sears Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine in South Florida — I do what works, instead of following the mainstream narrative.
Now, there’s hope.
I’ve unearthed a natural, science-backed way to give yourself an edge against the misleading world of “health foods” and unlock:
But first, we need to address the “healthy” breakfast that wrecks your metabolism.
In a shocking study published in the British Journal of Nutrition, researchers compared insulin response after eating different preparations of oatmeal. 2
The results should be front-page news in every paper in America.
“Quick-cooking oats and instant oatmeal produced significantly higher glycaemic response” — British Journal of Nutrition

Yes…Instant oatmeal = 41% higher insulin!

This insulin response is linked to processing and cooking methods that modify the grain.
Food manufacturers have turned a meal that for so many, used to be a warm, comforting bowl with cinnamon that reminded them of better days. To a food I would avoid at all costs if blood sugar or fat loss is on your mind.
So, if you enjoy a bowl from time to time, I can’t blame you.
But to give your metabolism a real shot for fat burning — Toss them! Big food companies have turned oats and grains into highly processed metabolic nightmares.
Labels like “heart healthy” and “low fat” mean grocery shopping is a maze of misinformation.

But for anyone who wants to stay healthy and in control instead…

I have an antidote…

To really kickstart your metabolism…
And to help keep your blood sugar in the healthy range…
Through my research and work in regenerative and anti-aging science…
I’ve identified an all-natural “Sugar Destroyer” that could radically transform your energy, weight management, and overall health…
And so many more exciting metabolic marvels that you’ll discover inside, including:
My name is Dr. Al Sears. I’m going to show you a simple and effective way to support healthy blood sugar levels, and in turn, a naturally robust fat-burning metabolism… all year long… and to get all the benefits that come with it!

This is the Biggest Blood Sugar Breakthrough of the Past 100 Years

Benefits such as eliminating that occasional fatigue that prevents you from doing the activities you want to do… and  banishing that stubborn, unwanted fat from your body. Making you slim enough, and fit enough, to fit into clothes you haven’t worn in years.
And, as strange as it may seem, you can get all these benefits by…

Flushing Sugar From Your Gut!

Yes. The secret I’m going to share will allow you to indulge on occasion in some of the most delicious carb-rich foods known to man… while also eliminating tiredness, supporting healthy insulin sensitivity, and supporting healthy blood sugar levels — all year round.  You can see why I’m so excited to share it with you.
This discovery is perhaps the most effortless way to support healthy blood sugar… while also dropping stubborn fat from your belly, arms, thighs, and hips.
Of course, diet and exercise will get you there faster, but this unique secret is going to make the journey so much more enjoyable.
This breakthrough allows you to flush sugar from your gut before it becomes blood sugar.
I’m also convinced it could change your life, as it has for many of my patients.
These are men and women who often write to me to express how much better they feel once they apply the secret I’m going to share with you today.
Most of them can zip around their home, doing their errands, yard work, or gardening, without feeling spent. And, even after a long day, they still have energy to spare. But, most surprising of all is how easy it was for them to embrace this new healthy self.
In fact, this new method of supporting healthy blood sugar is so unique…
You see, this breakthrough comes from the most natural source of medicine of all…
A medicinal plant so diverse, it’s been used as candy in Japan.
In India, its name means the “Sugar Destroyer.”
It’s exclusive to western India, Australia, and Africa.3 Yet, it’s so powerful it’s been used by ancient cultures to maintain healthy body weight and metabolism for thousands of years.
In fact, the handful of researchers who were smart enough to study it have all come to the same conclusion.  The “Sugar Destroyer” can help promote healthy blood sugar, reduce your cravings, improve your triglycerides, improve your cholesterol, and more…
… all while helping you stay slim and healthy, all year round.
Moreover, this rare ingredient almost singlehandedly helps the people of Japan maintain their slim figures, seemingly endless energy, and long, healthy lives.
And today, I’m going to show you how you can get these benefits too…

This New Discovery Works Like NOTHING You’ve Ever Seen Before.

Studies from Harvard, Yale, FSU, and countless scientific journals have shown the “Sugar Destroyer” can also help:
I’m telling you… you’ve never seen anything quite like this.
The “Sugar Destroyer” is truly one of the most remarkable breakthroughs I’ve ever come across.
In this Special Report, I’m going to show you EXACTLY what the “Sugar Destroyer” is, how it works, and where to get it. I’m also going to shine a light on the REAL culprit doctors may be missing.
It’s a hormone that, when there’s too much of it in your bloodstream, goes rogue and may cause you to crave more food… especially sweet food… which can potentially throw your blood sugar out of whack.10
No, I’m not talking about ghrelin. That’s old news.
Yet, as you’re about to find out, it may be at the root of your problems.
If you’re struggling with your blood sugar… or if it’s difficult to lose weight no matter what you try… whether you’re eating low carb, low fat, keto, vegan or whatever new fad diet comes along next…
And, if you’re plagued with low energy, often feeling like your “battery” is drained…
There’s a good chance your body is already releasing absurd amounts of this hormone into your bloodstream.
However, I want you to know something… this has little to do with your genetics… a lack of nutrients… or how fast your body is absorbing the food you eat.11,12
In fact, this problem has nothing to do with YOU, period…
… and everything to do with what THEY are putting in your food.
Through my research, I’ve uncovered some of the sick and twisted ways the food corporations — the multi-billion-dollar conglomerates — are driving up your blood sugar… by manipulating this little hormone that could  make you CRAVE the foods you don’t need to eat.13,14,15,16,17
See, because of their ignorance, they’re misleading the public with their so-called “healthy” foods. However, as you’ll read in a moment, these foods are loaded with hidden sugars that can put a  dagger in your health goals!
In this groundbreaking report, I’m going to show you how to fight back with the help of the “Sugar Destroyer.”
Let’s begin…

Are Your Favorite “Healthy” Foods Manufactured to Make You Hungrier?

When I was plowing through various studies and peer reviews, I looked at the history of our health, here in America… and I noticed a strange pattern emerge. I asked myself, how is it that with all our advances in medicine… we’re actually becoming LESS healthy over time?18,19,20
Of course, there’s a multitude of factors. But, the more I dug into this information, the more disgusted I became.
And, once you understand what’s been going on, you’re going to be furious, too.
So, who’s behind all this? Answer: The Food Industry.

Obesity Rates Surge After Low-Fat Dietary Guidelines

Americans’ weight has soared due to bad dietary advice from the government.
See, they’ve been pumping excess sugar into our food for the last few decades.21,22
And, they do it in a very sneaky, highly unethical way. There are currently 56 different names for sugar.  It’s how these greedy conglomerates hide this poison in your food… tricking you into buying something you think is “healthy”… but actually is not.23
But, once these foods are in your system — they’re like a Trojan Horse.
First, they take a toll on your energy levels… making you feel tired all the time — like your battery can’t fully charge… and before you know it, you can barely fit into the clothes you wore not long ago.
You begin to crave more food more often — never fully satisfying your appetite… and pretty soon, you aren’t feeling your best.24
All while making you addicted to these unhealthy foods.
Here’s how it works…
When you eat food, it travels down your digestive tract and into your intestines. Your intestines convert it into a type of sugar called glucose. Then, it sends it off into your bloodstream where your body can use it for energy.
A little sugar is good… but a lot of sugar is bad. VERY bad.
It’s like continuously filling a balloon with air. It can take only so much before it eventually ruptures and EXPLODES.
But, here’s what’s important…
The type of food you eat… dictates how fast itʼs absorbed and how much of it turns to sugar.
This is defined by the glycemic index (GI).25
The GI is a rating system that tells you how fast — and how much — of your food breaks down into sugar.
If you eat something like spinach and chicken breasts… your intestines will turn only 50-60% of it into sugar.26
But, if you eat one of the dangerous, so-called “healthy” foods, which I’ll reveal to you in a moment… your gut will turn as much as 100% to sugar.
It’s like the floodgates break loose… and your bloodstream gets drowned with sugar.
More sugar than it knows what to do with. And, since it can’t use it all, it starts storing it as fat.
But, it gets worse…
As your gut continues flooding your bloodstream with mountains of sugar… your pancreas releases insulin to help clean out as much of it as possible.
And, here’s where things go astray…
As your pancreas releases insulin into your bloodstream… the insulin makes you crave more food! (Especially sweet food.) It tricks you into thinking it’s tastier than it actually is. And, it makes you hungry, even though you shouldn’t be.
The journal Health Psychology confirmed this.27
And, this is how “BIG Agra” can play a huge part in making you sick and unhealthy.
Because they’re betting that you’re likely going to run to the store and buy another one of their misleading fake “healthy” foods.
If they play a part in your health problems… you will eventually have no choice but to turn to — and become dependent on — their solutions.
And, this is how…

The “Healthy” Foods
You’re Eating May Not Be Helping You!

It’s how they make billions off of hardworking, tax-paying individuals.
And, it’s absolutely sickening.

You could be eating fake “healthy” foods right now… that are likely putting your blood sugar on a roller coaster ride.

The good news is, I’m going to show you a simple way to fight back… with the one food they’ve been desperately trying to keep secret — the mighty “Sugar Destroyer.”
It’s by far the fastest and most effective way to support healthy blood sugar levels with ease. In fact, once you discover the “Sugar Destroyer” for yourself, you may find — just as many of my patients have found — that every aspect of your health may steadily improve.
You become slimmer… healthier… and filled with so much “endless” energy… you’ll never catch yourself yawning mid-day, ever again.
And, like with most of my patients, you too may experience what they’ve experienced… how their younger family members want to know their secret.
It’s a funny thing when you have more energy and vigor than someone half your age. Everyone seems to notice.
But, before I reveal the wonders of the “Sugar Destroyer” and all the benefits that come with it…
Let me first tell you about the two types of fake “healthy” foods you might be eating right now… that are likely putting your blood sugar on a roller coaster ride.
I call these foods “Blood Sugar Spikers.”

Blood Sugar Spiker #1:

Fake “Healthy” Cereals and Fruit Juice

I’m not talking only about cereals with cartoon characters on the cover…
I’m talking about any kinds of corn flake cereals… wheat-based ones… whole grain types… cereals that flaunt “high in fiber”… or even those with beautiful pictures of nature on the cover, pretending to be healthy.
These cereals — and any other foods with added sugar — are not healthy. They might have “No sugar added” printed on the box, but thatʼs a complete and utter LIE. And, a study published in the journal Applied Physiology confirmed this.28
These cereals — and any other foods with added sugar — are not healthy
After analyzing more than 3,000 packaged foods — including many cereals, all with
a “No sugar added” claim on the box… researchers were shocked to discover 48% contained ADDED sugar.
Worse still, the amount of sugar they had was dangerously high — far more than the World Health Organization recommends you consume in a day. If you have these cereals sitting in your pantry, throw them out immediately.
And, if you look at the packaging, you’ll see, they’re plastered with the same claims as the fake “healthy” cereals. “made with real fruit,” “no sugar added,” or my personal favorite: “lightly sweetened.”
But, what does that really mean? Well, here’s the thing…
Up until April 2020, the FDA didn’t have a clear definition for those terms. 29
And, more often than not, products that wore these claims like proud badges of honor were LOADED with sugar… sometimes with as much as 40% of your daily recommended intake — in a single serving.
Can you imagine what that’s doing to your body? Your cravings? Your mood?!
How do they expect you to maintain healthy blood sugar, when BIG Food is hiding this poison in every morsel of the food you eat?

Blood Sugar Spiker #2:

Instant Oatmeal

If you think instant oatmeal is healthy, think again.
Now, there are some exceptions. If you lead an active lifestyle… if you run 15 miles a week… or, if you lift weights in the gym regularly… you can get away with eating oatmeal on a daily basis.
However, if you have colossal amounts of insulin in your blood… oatmeal will do only one thing: force your body to release even more insulin.
This will lead to more weight gain, less energy, more cravings — and yes — even more blood sugar.

Instant oatmeal forces your body to release even more insulin.

You see, instant oatmeal is highly processed and very high on the glycemic index (GI). And, it’s easy to get confused… organic, unprocessed oatmeal has a lower GI and is touted as safe.
But, it’s often impossible to tell if you’re getting processed oatmeal, especially if you’re ordering from a restaurant or breakfast diner that mostly serve processed oats.
Simply put, food reacts differently depending on your current health. And, if your current health isn’t optimal, eating these fake “healthy” foods won’t help.
As you can see, once this problem starts… it is almost impossible to reverse. This is how BIG Food and BIG Pharma strap a tight lasso around your health and pull you into their wicked game
All of these foods they’re tricking you into eating can cause:
Above all, they will leave you hungry and craving more, which starts the vicious cycle all over again.
And, it’s tough, because you can’t even get help from your doctor.
When you go for an annual check-up, and your health seems “off”… your doctor’s first instinct is to put you on expensive, side-effect laden drugs.
Your doctor might even say that you don’t have to watch what you eat.
As a physician with over 30 years of experience — someone who is a board-certified clinical nutrition specialist and member of various medical organizations such as the ACSM, ACAM, AMA, SMA A4M and HRF — I’m baffled by how some of my colleagues only focus on the symptoms and not the cause.
However, I want you to know, there IS a way to fight back. And, it’s through this groundbreaking food I’m going to share with you next.
See, I knew excess insulin is the real culprit.
And, I knew thereʼs no way to regulate insulin levels if you’re constantly flooding your system with mountains of sugar.
In order to starve the excess insulin… you need to put a halt on how much sugar your gut is releasing. And, there are healthier ways to do this.
#1
you must cut back on many of the foods you love, and replace them with whole foods such as spinach… celery… mushrooms… broccoli… cauliflower… zucchini… skinless chicken thighs and breasts… salmon… and eggs.
You should significantly reduce drinking sweetened beverages. Stick to plain water and dark coffee — no sugar, no cream, no exceptions. In addition, you should get 30 minutes of exercise each day. (This could be as simple as a leisurely 30-minute walk).
And, you do this for the next 15-18 months… until your blood sugar levels are maintained at the optimal levels. However, the researchers at Harvard and I both agree… this method of supporting healthy blood sugar is not sustainable for 99.9% of the population.30
#2
You can do what I recommend to all my patients…
Consider making healthier food choices and get a little exercise each day. But above all, I tell them, if you want to support healthy blood sugar… you need to flush it from the source…
Your gut!
By doing this… you begin to support healthy insulin levels.
Once that happens, you will no longer have work as hard to maintain healthy blood sugar. And, there’s a good chance your body will jumpstart your journey to an ideal bodyweight — a weight that will make you look younger and feel happier.
Imagine what it’s like to burn stored fat as energy! You could notice:
So, how exactly do you flush sugar from your gut? Simple. You use what I call the…

Double-Barreled “Sugar Destroyer”

The Only Food in the World That Can Flush Sugar From Your Gut
Gymnema sylvestre is a special plant found only in western India, Africa, and Australia.31
t’s been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine, where it’s commonly referred to as the “Sugar Destroyer.”32
Gymnema sylvestre (GS for short) is believed to have the potential to help guide sugar away from the receptors in your stomach.33
When the food doesn’t bind to these receptors… it doesn’t get converted into sugar…
And, it doesn’t end up in the bloodstream.
This means no “empty calories”… no cravings… and the most convenient way to help support an ideal weight.34
Imagine how it must feel to indulge in some of your favorite foods — in moderation — without stress.
What’s more, this compound can make you feel alert and refreshed… because it helps turn blood sugar into usable energy.35
Furthermore, it can support healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, too. And, a study from the Journal of Nutrition found, when GS was given to mice… it made them poop out stored cholesterol — a type of fat. (36,37,38)
Now, while all of these benefits sound amazing, none of them hold a candle to what I discovered about GS next…

Would you like another?

Back in September of 2017, the Journal of Psychopharmacology published one of the most groundbreaking studies on GS to date.
Researchers presented a group of men and women with candy, and asked them to select their favorite one. They told the group to eat the candy and to rate its taste.
Afterward, they asked them, “Would you like another?” If the subjects said, “Yes”… researchers would give them another piece of candy and repeat the process again.
They were testing the subjects’ willpower and ability to say, “No.”
I’m sure you’ve experienced this yourself… once you taste something sweet, it’s almost impossible to stop. You get an overwhelming urge to eat more.
That’s because today’s food is bioengineered to make you crave more than your body needs.
Well, this is exactly what the researchers wanted to test. That’s why, all throughout this process, they gave subjects — at random — a special piece of candy… which contained GS in it.
Results? Those who ate the GS-infused candy nearly cut their consumption in half. Because they cut their cravings.39
And here’s what makes GS so special. In addition to interfering with the receptors in your gut… GS can also interfere with the receptors on your tongue.40,41
Commonly referred to as the “Sugar Destroyer,” Gymnema sylvestre (GS) has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine.
You still taste the sweetness, but you don’t get a chemical response from insulin to crave more.
Which means, you can satisfy your “sweet tooth” faster than ever.
The researchers at Florida State University confirmed this with their own GS study. They found, when subjects ate GS, they didn’t crave food as much. In fact, they ate half the food they normally would because of their reduced cravings.(42)
Pretty incredible, right?
I’ve included this remarkable compound in my latest blood-sugar-supporting formula called RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue — a one-of-a-kind supplement that helps you flush harmful excess sugar from your gut..
But, since flushing gut sugar is only about 80% of the battle… and, since I was determined to make RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue the most effective blood-sugar-supporting formula on the market… I had to include several other ingredients to help support all aspects of healthy blood sugar.

I wanted to make sure this formula could help you:

Which is why I had to include these “Blood Sugar Supporters” into my formula…

Blood Sugar Supporter #1:

The Secret Ingredient in Dark Chocolate

Most dark chocolate is loaded with sugar. However, dark chocolate that’s 70% cocoa or higher contains one special ingredient that can help:
What is this ingredient?
It’s none other than Magnesium. And what makes magnesium so incredible for your blood sugar and weight management?
A cross-sectional study from the Natural Medical Journal closely examined 210 men and women over the age of 65. They wanted to know the relationship between magnesium and overall health.47
When researchers looked at the blood sample data, they nearly fell out of their seats.
It turns out, 88.6% of the men and women who were doing everything they could to support healthy blood sugar… were also DEFICIENT in magnesium!48 Incredible, right?
What’s more, those deficient in magnesium also had a lower mood… higher triglycerides… more unwanted belly fat… and a higher BMI, compared to those who weren’t deficient.
Coincidence? I doubt it.
In animal studies, magnesium was shown to help support insulin sensitivity and healthy blood sugar levels… by promoting the healthy number of insulin-regulated glucose transporter cells.49
Basically, the animals were able to absorb the carbs they ate as energy… instead of storing them as fat.
Lastly, magnesium was found to help promote stronger, healthier bones and joints — especially in senior women.50,51
Imagine losing inches from your waistline while lowering your BMI. And, imagine being happier… not because you’ve lost a few pounds, or because you aced all your blood tests…
But because your body is finally converting the food you eat into clean-burning energy.
This is why I’ve included magnesium in RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue — a one-of-a-kind supplement that helps you flush harmful excess sugar from your gut..

Blood Sugar Supporter #2:

Hidden Compound in Shellfish & Broccoli

What do these foods have in common? They contain a powerful compound called chromium.
Studies have shown chromium can support your insulin sensitivity, which can help support healthy cellular metabolism… and, when combined with healthy diet and exercise, can allow your body to convert carbs and fats into energy, instead of storing them as belly fat.52
Chromium is completely natural and safe.53,54
However, there is no way I would put this stuff in my supplement. Why?
Because research has shown your body can absorb only between 0.4-2.5%.55
However, thereʼs a special form of this compound known as Chromium picolinate… and it absorbs 300% better!56
A meta-analysis published in 2014 found, after analyzing 22 studies… chromium picolinate significantly supported blood sugar, triglycerides, and “good” cholesterol.57
Pretty incredible, right?
Furthermore, the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey found — after analyzing over 62,000 men and women — anyone who took this compound supported their blood sugar by 27%.58
But, since flushing gut sugar is only about 80% of the battle… and, since I was determined to make RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue the most effective blood-sugar-supporting formula on the market… I had to include several other ingredients to help support all aspects of healthy blood sugar.
This is why I’ve included magnesium in RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue — a one-of-a-kind supplement that helps you flush harmful excess sugar from your gut..

Blood Sugar Supporter #3:

The Spice Known as “Red Gold”

During the Roman Empire, this compound was 15 times more expensive than silver.59 It contains antioxidants that support flexible, healthy tissue and 60..
What exactly is this spice? It’s cinnamon.
However, before you run to your spice rack, there’s something you need to know. “Common” cinnamon — the spice found in nearly every grocery store on the planet — is poison
It contains a harmful toxin known as coumarin… which can cause liver and kidney damage, along with other nasty side effects. In fact, this toxin has even been linked to giving rats and mice tumors.63,64
So, how do you get the benefits of cinnamon without the side effects of coumarin? Simple. You get Ceylon cinnamon. It’s what I recommend to all my patients. Because it contains up to 250 times less coumarin, so you never have to worry about giving your body toxins.65
A 2019 study published in the Clinical Nutrition Journal compared various data on cinnamon. And, after analyzing 12 clinical trials, the study found Ceylon was able to help support healthy body weight.66
Which means, Ceylon can support a toned, slender body… while preserving your muscles.
Furthermore, a meta-analysis that analyzed 10 studies confirmed… a small daily dose of Ceylon can promote healthy blood sugar, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol within the normal ranges.67
With such great data behind it, I knew I had to get this special form of cinnamon into RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue — a one-of-a-kind supplement that helps you flush harmful excess sugar from your gut…
In addition, I also found several other powerful compounds that make RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue one of the most supportive natural blood sugar formulas on the planet.

That’s why, each serving also contains...

Karela
This natural compound (a.k.a., bitter melon) has a positive impact on helping you maintain healthy blood sugar and overall health. In a 2016 study, Karela supported healthy LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, for the animals it was given to.68,69
Then, in 2018, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study from the Journal of Medicinal Food found… when men and women were given Karela for three months, they managed to (with the help of diet and exercise):70
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA)
A meta-analysis from Yale University looked at 10 ALA studies… and what they discovered was nothing short of a miracle. People who supplemented with ALA lost, on average, 2.8 lbs. during the short time they were taking it.71
However, for best results it is recommended that you follow a healthy diet with regular exercise.
In addition, another meta-analysis found ALA supported all markers associated with healthy blood sugar. This includes insulin sensitivity, HbA1c, LDL cholesterol, and even fasting blood sugar.72
Berberine
Berberine can activate your AMPK enzyme… you may know of it as your “metabolic master switch.” Once your AMPK enzyme is “on”… your metabolism kicks into overdrive and is supported at a cellular level.73,74
Your body will be supported in burning fat at the optimal levels…
It also fuels your muscles, giving every fiber more energy… to help you look younger and healthier than ever.75
In one study, 116 men and women who took berberine for three months supported healthy blood sugar markers 20% better, according to their bloodwork.76
Silybum marianum
This compound (a.k.a., milk thistle) can support liver health… while also fighting off “senior moments” and brain fog.77,78 In addition, it has been shown to support bone health in mice, which may be the additional boost we need to better support bone health into old age.79
It can also help your skin — not only to look clear and beautiful — but also potentially look years younger… because Silybum marianum is naturally packed with antioxidant properties that can protect your skin from the effects of free radicals…the ones that can cause wrinkles, discoloration, and other signs of environmental aging.80,81
Nigella sativa
Researchers from Western Australia compared — not one — but 17 randomized and placebo-controlled studies…
And in all 17, this ingredient was shown to support healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels within the healthy normal range.82

These are just a few of the 11 total ingredients you’ll find in my latest blood-sugar-supporting formula, RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue — a one-of-a-kind supplement that helps you flush harmful excess sugar from your gut...

In the last half of 2016, the wheels fell off. A combination of a demanding job, bronchitis, and mostly marital stress caused me to gain 26 lbs. I had trouble keeping my blood pressure healthy, and maintaining my health. My conventional doctor chewing me out didn’t help much. I had followed Dr. Sears for several years. I had asked my doctor about issues Dr. Sears raises like hormones. My doctor dismissed it. Having turned 53, I decided to try the Dr. Sears path and took a day trip to Florida. After three months, my blood pressure is in a healthy range, and I feel great. Almost every metric improved. I’ve lost 26 lbs. I am not the testimonial type, but this is really my story. Thanks, Dr. Sears!”

How to Get RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue RISK-FREE

RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue is not available in stores.
Why? Because it’s made from exclusive ingredients, harvested from a handful of the exotic plants I’ve discovered over my 30-year career. These ingredients don’t grow locally.
In order to thrive, they need a specific climate. And, the only way to get them is by import. Thankfully, I’ve been fortunate enough to make long-lasting friendships with farmers and producers of these exclusive ingredients from all over the world.
Which is why I’m able to bring these rare and amazing compounds into my formulas while most other doctors can’t. However, since they are grown by Mother Nature, my team and I never know how much of these ingredients we’ll have access to each season.
In addition, every single ingredient we use must be carefully extracted and purified before coming together in a capsule form. This puts a huge strain on our supply chain, and we sell out each batch rather quickly.
But, because I truly want to help you support healthy blood sugar, and I want you to eliminate the tiredness that weighs you down… and makes you sleepy by mid-day, preventing you from doing the activities you want to do…
I’ve reserved a small portion of our latest batch, just for you.
As youʼll see in a moment, there are two different order options available.
In order to get the most out of RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue… I’ll tell you what I tell my patients: Make sure to use this formula every day, for at least 90 days.
Because, if you recall, it contains:
#1: Gymnema sylvestre, a.k.a. the “Sugar Destroyer.” This is the ingredient that supports the way sugar is metabolized so your body isn’t overwhelmed with it.
This helps eliminate cravings and unexpected weight gain.83
It also helps you feel more refreshed and alive… because it turns blood sugar into usable energy.84
#2: Magnesium, the ingredient that helps support insulin sensitivity in a study on mice. This can support a healthy metabolism to utilize fat for fuel throughout the body.85
Watch in amazement as — over the weeks — your waistline mysteriously shrinks…
#3: Chromium picolinate, the secret ingredient that’s been shown in mammal studies to support the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats into pure, usable, long-lasting energy. And, just like Gymnema, it can help flush some of the excess sugar from the gut.86
#4: Ceylon cinnamon, a powerful ingredient which helps significantly reduce your BMI by melting away stubborn fat, with the help of diet and exercise.87
The slim and fit body you’ve always dreamed of having awaits! And, it’s much easier to attain than you think…
And Karela, Alpha lipoic acid, Berberine, Silybum marianum, and Nigella sativa — all of which can help support healthy LDL cholesterol and triglycerides… get you closer to your ideal body weight… ramp up your metabolism… reduce tiredness… and… help support healthy blood sugar levels without stress.88,89,9 0
This is why I recommend you select the “Best Deal” today. Itʼs by far our most popular, because you get a FREE bottle, giving you a 33% discount on a 3-month supply.
When your order arrives, twist off the cap, and pop the small, easy-to swallow capsule in your mouth. After a few days of doing this, you may notice your energy start to return. You might feel so good you’ll think something is wrong. It’s not.
This is how your body should feel all the time… when you flush excess sugar from your gut.
This is what happens when your body finally converts food into energy — instead of storing it away as ugly fat.
And, in the following weeks, as you continue to use RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue  every day, you may notice how your clothes are becoming looser… you may even notice the numbers on your scale going down.
And, don’t be surprised if your sweet tooth disappears.
One of the greatest joys I get, as a physician, is when someone writes to me to inform me how they’re no longer a slave to their cravings. Just imagine how great life would be if your desire for sugar went away.
Imagine how much more energy you’d have… how great your skin would look and feel… and how much confidence you’d have in yourself and in your body.
This is what I want YOU to experience when you try RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue.
And, if it turns out this formula isn’t everything you thought it would be… you’ll be glad to know you’re always protected by my…

“Better Blood Sugar or It’s FREE”

100%-Satisfaction, Money-Back Guarantee
Here’s how it works:  Use RECOVERY Metabolic Rescue every day, for the next 90 days. And, if you don’t feel more energized… if you don’t have more strength and virility… if your cravings haven’t gone down significantly… and if you haven’t lost at least a couple of pounds…
Simply return the used bottle, along with any unopened bottles you have lying around the house… and I will personally see to it that you receive a full and prompt refund.
I should also note…
